Due to popular demand we have put together an all new day of wine tasting. Perfect for complete novices or those who have already been to the One Day wine Course. The focus is very much on understanding why you like wines. We explain the mysterious art of wine and food matching as well as dealing with wine waiters and other restaurant tips - is the wine served in good condition and how to fix most faulty wines! As well as much more. Over the course of the day you will taste 18 wines from around the world and break for a buffet lunch with matching wines.
We have included these wine tasting courses in a 2 night weekend break at Bosworth Hall, so you don’t need to worry about getting home on Saturday having sampled so many different wines!

GTBS, the leading green tourism certification scheme in the UK, assesses hotels against a rigorous set of criteria that includes energy and water efficiency, waste management, environmental impact, biodiversity and innovation.
In a period of just three months, the Oxford based hotel was awarded 60% - resulting in a bronze grade, one of 12 properties within the group to achieve this level.
